As the key contact for many of our new clients and our corporate outsourcing customers, life is always interesting. Having developed the process and offerings across pre-press, my focus is on the continued development of our pre-press services to meet the demands of a competitive marketplace. With a history in rock & roll and corporate events I am no stranger to constraints of budget, procedure and time. The key to outsourcing success is to make sure that the outsourced services are integrated well with the customer’s existing systems and the deliverable is well defined. My technical knowledge and experience is also called upon to consult in other areas of the business across a wide range of projects from web media, motion grapghics to 3D modelling. Having started working on Internet projects a early as 1995 there are not many systems I have not come into contact with over the years. I started working on recruitment websites and over the years have moved through intranets and up to enterprise level content management systems. In 1998 I was the key technical manager and founder of one of the UK’s top WYSIWYG e-commerce shopping systems and over the next few years incorporated a huge range of functionality, customers and most importantly our own Payment Card Industry Data Security standard (PCI DSS) accredited credit card payment system.

I attended the High School of Commerce arts program, becoming skilled in crafts such as Photography and layout design. Since then I have worked across a wide variety of industries utilizing a huge range of tools from manually created art work and layout design through to the latest digital tools. My skills have been honed in both the print industry as a specialist sign writer through to working for a major newspaper as a layout artist. In todays marketplace we rely on computers to do pretty much everything in the graphic industry. From conception to delivery you pretty much have to deal with some form of computer device to supply the finished product. This has been my passion over the years, to evolve with the industry and learn new exciting tools, applications and methods. Make Stuff Happen has now given me the ability to help companies to achieve dramatic cost and time savings across a wide range of pre-press and digital services.
